What makes you different from other IT Outsource Vendors?
We are proactive rather than reactive. This approach is simple. We all know that if we expect our vehicles to work, our vehicles need routine oil changes, tire pressure checks, etc. The same is true for an organizations' network system. Monitoring firewall functionality, defragmenting disks, verifying data backup, etc. are tasks that must be done routinely and by an experienced technician. This approach enables us to identify network issues before emergencies occur, which lead to costly downtimes.
We partner with our Client's in-house IT staff. Our role can range from help-desk support technician to strategic IT adviser. For some clients, we can serve as their IT backup and for others we serve as an extension of their IT department.
Why do you schedule annual strategic meetings with your network clients?
During our strategic meetings, we discuss our clients' future business goals. This helps determine how our clients can leverage technology to help them reach their goals. The outcomes of these meetings vary as each of our clients is unique. However, every single client will tell you that our strategic meetings play an important part in their overall business planning.
Why are your prices lower than your competitors?
This is our favorite question, and there is not enough room in our website to fully answer it. We made a large up-front investment in our technology, staff, and training when we began our company in 1997. What this means for our clients is that we can identify problems before they have to spend large sums of money in fixing them. Our staff can resolve problems remotely, which means that our clients don't have to pay for one of our techs to drive to their company to fix a problem. We don't recommend for our clients to purchase expensive equipment when there are other effective solutions that are more cost effective.
Which certifications does your staff hold?
The breadth of education and expertise among our staff ranges from graduate level Management Information Systems to system certifications issued by each of the brands we represent. In addition, our staff holds these certifications:
- Avaya: ACA and ACS
- Computing Technology Industry Association: A+ and NET+
- Cisco Systems: CCENT, CCNP, CCDA and CCNA
- Microsoft: MCP, MCSE, MCDST and MCSA
Our staff is required to renew their certifications on an annual basis in addition to continually pursuing additional ones.
